Sunlight & water are the top elemental factors that damage stone & concrete over time. Use felt pads & coasters under objects left on the tabletop, as residual moisture can transfer to the concrete & cause discoloration.
Re-wax periodically with a paraffin-based stone floor wax: within 2 months of installation, then every 6 months, and before winter if outdoors. If hairline cracks appear, apply a thick coat of wax to keep out moisture and prevent discoloration.
