Return Limits & Conditions

Customer’s remorse returns

You have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to return merchandise, subject to BisonOffice’s express authorization and to the following conditions:
  • You must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery to explain the reason for the return, provide evidence, and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”). No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA.
  • Unless we agree otherwise, the merchandise must be in its original condition, as a complete set (exactly as purchased), not installed or assembled, in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging with cellophane, seals and barcodes untouched. We reserve the right to refuse returns if, upon inspection, any returned item or packaging does not meet all eligibility criteria.
  • Unless we agree otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Unless we agree otherwise, you will also be responsible for the full cost of returning the item to the address provided by us.
  • Items shipped to wrong addresses or without an RMA number will not be considered for a refund and will be refused.

How to Request Authorization to Return Merchandise

To make a return request, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Your name and email address;
  • Order number;
  • Item(s) and quantity you wish to return;
  • The reason for return.

If your request is approved, we will email you return instructions, including an RMA number and return address within 24 business hours of receiving your request. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping label. Do not write on the product packaging.

To process your refund we require a return tracking number as proof of delivery.

We are not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession. For valuable items, we suggest that you insure them to cover replacement costs in case the package is lost in transit. Please allow up to 14 business days for our warehouse to process your returned merchandise.

Return of damaged, defective, incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we offer free warranty replacement parts and full unit replacements (if parts are not available). However, we will accept a return of the merchandise and issue a refund, subject to these conditions:

  • If order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or wrong you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery to explain the reason for the return and provide evidence:
    • Provide photos or videos depicting the issue(s),
    • Describe the problem (include part numbers if possible),
    • We will ship you replacement parts free of charge. If we cannot replace the parts, our carrier will pick up the original package and we will send you a full replacement.
  • If replacement options are refused by you, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”). No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA.
  • Unless we agree otherwise, the merchandise must be in its original package, as a complete set (exactly as purchased. We reserve the right to refuse returns if, upon inspection, any returned item or packaging does not meet all eligibility criteria.
  • Unless we agree otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

IMPORTANT: You must retain the original packaging until you have inspected the contents! Original packaging is needed in case the item is damaged/defective/incorrect.

Refunds

Allow 14 business days for refunds. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment you used to purchase the item(s). For example, if you used credit card A, refund will only be issued to credit card A. We cannot refund to credit card B, send a check, or issue credit to a different account.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

BisonOffice does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Dated products such as: calendars, appointment books and organizers, desk and desk pad calendars, and wall calendars and planners;
  • Personalized Items;
  • All toner cartridges and drum units;
  • Hygiene and consumable products (food, beverages, cleaning supplies, pharmaceuticals and paper);
  • Computer software;
  • Opened box computers (desktop, laptop, tablets);
  • Some electronic items;
  • Items Marked Non-Returnable (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order).
These products will only be accepted in the event of clear evidence of a manufacturer's defect or material error on our part.

No Responsibility for Unauthorized Returned Merchandise

Under no circumstances will BisonOffice be responsible to pay for shipping costs or freight bills for merchandise being returned by a customer without prior written authorization. Delivery will be refused.

Additional terms and conditions may also apply to specific portions, services or features of the Website, including online purchasing. All such additional terms and conditions are hereby incorporated by this reference into these Terms of Use.
