Exercise Your Privacy Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) affords additional rights to users and customers who are California residents regarding their personal information. Access My information:

You have the right to request that BisonOffice disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information. Depending on your request, this may include:

  • Right to Access Information.
  • Right to Correct Information About You. You may ask BisonOffice to correct inaccurate information that we have about you.
  • Right to Deletion. You have a right to request the permanent deletion of your personal information that BisonOffice collected and holds.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale of Personal Information to Third Parties. You have a right to opt out of the sale of your personal information to third parties.

For requests to access, delete, and correct your information, we will also send an email to you, asking that you confirm that we have the correct email address within six (6) days of receiving the confirmation email or your request will expire. If you do not see an email from us, please check your spam folder.

For requests to access, delete, and correct your information, the information that you provide will be analyzed to determine whether we can reasonably verify your identity. We may need to obtain additional information from you to process your request. For example, if we determine that the information provided is not sufficient for verification, you may be prompted to answer a few questions.
