NOTE: if you are planning to use a pull-up bar, you will need to have at least 20-25 cm between the ceiling and the top of the pull-up bar to make sure your head doesn’t hit the ceiling when doing pull-ups. Thanks to its removable construction, the pull up bar can be positioned at different rungs and adjusted to the user height.
When pull-up bar is at the top:
You can perform a wide range of pull-ups, core, back and shoulder conditioning exercises.
Also, it allows doing spine stretches, mobility and resistance training, when straps or resistance bands are attached to it.

Since it has 4 solid wooden rungs located diagonally, it’s very convenient to use those rungs for a variety of stretching, mobility, posture correction and relaxation exercises on the mat. You can push off or pull towards the rungs, twist and stretch your spine, chest, core, arms and legs while holding on to them. Different heights and angles of the wooden rungs allow you to adjust the intensity of stretches, resistance and tension you want to apply according to your body needs.
