Shipping and Handling Charges

The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout and prior to placing the order. Shipping rates and policies may change at the discretion of BisonOffice.

Merchandise that is shipped using a freight carrier (such as furniture, boards, and other oversized or heavy goods) are “curbside” delivery only, meaning that the carrier delivers items to the curb. You will be responsible for moving your furniture into your home or business. If your business has a dock access to accommodate a trailer, the delivery will be made to the dock.

Shipping Territory

BisonOffice ships only within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or internationally.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time of each item is provided in the product description or shopping cart. Please note transit times generally do not include weekends or holidays and deliveries usually occur on business days. Freight items will generally be delivered within the period listed in item’s description. You will be contacted by the Common Carrier to arrange a date and/or window of time for delivery (please make sure the phone number you specified in order is correct and you can answer it during business hours). If you have not received your order within promised delivery time, please contact us.

Refused or Mis-delivered Shipments

If, for any reason, you refuse delivery of a package from us, or if it is undeliverable or you provided inaccurate address and delivery details (e.g. suite/apt number, phone number with no answer, or any other relevant information necessary to deliver successfully), your order will be returned to us entirely at your cost. You will not be eligible for a full refund. BisonOffice will deduct (a) actual shipping charges, (b) return shipping charges, (c) a 15% restocking fee, and (d) any damage or diminution in value caused by in-transit shipping to/from your location.

Merchandise Damaged During Shipment

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact BisonOffice immediately . Save all packaging material and paperwork. If you attempt to return the merchandise to BisonOffice without prior authorization, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

BisonOffice’s Limited Warranty

BisonOffice offers a 30-day limited warranty that the products it sells will be free of defects. Some products might also have a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and conditions vary depending on the manufacturer and the product. If you experience problems with an item purchased from us within the 30-day return window, please reach out to us directly for assistance. Otherwise, please consult the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
