This pull-up bar has 4 felt lined hooks to prevent marking the wooden rungs. Thanks to its removable construction, the pull up bar can be positioned on different rungs and adjusted to the height of the user. The pull up bar has six non-slip handles, which allows for a wide range of pull-ups, core, back and shoulder conditioning exercises.
When filpped 90 degrees, it can be used as a barbell holder. The maximum weight of the barbell is 200kg/441 lbs.

Cuts and holes are made by laser, which guarantees precision and ideal shape.
