Newspaper tube is included.The Ashland Mailbox Post features a decorative sculpted base. It is made entirely of aluminum with stainless steel components to eliminate rusting. The Ashland Post is provided with mounting hardware to attach them to an existing concrete pad and a bolt-on 18" direct burial post for new installation into concrete.
