Shipping Cost

FREE shipping on most orders over $60.00
Orders below $60 have a flat shipping rate of $6.98.

All products that UPS deems as oversized (Freight items like: furniture, boards, etc.) not qualify for free shipping. In this case, private freight carrier is used. Shipping charge for such items is as low as $69 for the first piece and $20 for each additional freight item.

Shipping Time

Most of our products are shipped via UPS ground. 95% of orders placed by 1pm in your shipping address time zone will be delivered by the next business day. Delivery dates are based on in-stock availability of an item in a warehouse near your location. Items not available in the closest warehouse will ship from the next closest one and will possibly affect delivery time. Please note transit times do not include weekends and deliveries only occur on business days.

Freight items will generally be delivered within 3-8 business days barring any unforeseen delays. You will be contacted by Common Carrier to arrange a window of time for delivery (please make sure the phone number you specified in order is correct and you can answer it during reasonable hours).

Shipping Territory ships only within contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses and international.


Products may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses and arrive at different times. In this case your order will have multiple tracking numbers. You can view your tracking numbers by signing in to your account and going into order details.

Receiving a Package

If you have not received your order within 3 business days, please contact us.
You have only 7 days to report damaged, defective, missing or wrong items from the delivery date of the order.

If for some reason you refused a package during delivery or provided wrong address details (e.g. suite/apt number, phone number with no answer or any other information that is missing) your order will be returned to us and you will not be eligible for a full refund (actual shipping and return shipping charges with restocking fee will apply).

Freight item deliveries are "curbside" delivery only, meaning that the carrier delivers items to the curb. You will be responsible for moving your furniture into your home or business. If your business has a dock access to accommodate the trailer, the delivery will be made to the dock. is not responsible for lost items due to wrong address provided.
